What you need:
- Your Account that uses a currency you cant recharge (should be able to use the community market)
- The Giftcard
- A second account with the giftcards currency (either make a new Steam Account or use a Smurf/Account from a Friend with the right currency)
- (A VPN if you cant activate that giftcard in your country)
The Method:
1. On your Account, you have to have a unique Item. CS:GO is a game that has such unique Items (thanks to the weapon Skin usage Float), its free and many skins are very cheap.
2. Buy any CS weapon skin on the CS Community Market (doesnt have to be expensive, just the cheapest one), or trade one with another account that has a skin if you dont have any currency left.
3. Use the giftcard on your second acc
4. Sell the Skin you bought (or traded) on your own acc and set "User will pay:" to the money the giftcard contains (just use google to convert that number right) (for example: 20€ equals 1824ARS$, so i'll put 1820ARS$ in)
5. With your second Account, go on the page of the skin you are selling with your first account and scroll down where you can buy from other users instead of just the cheapest one
6. Search your main Acc and buy the Skin
7. Profit
