jpg Exploit?

I see a video of an unknown jpg exploiter hiding Android Trojan in .jpg extension
Is it real?
because when we hide the trojan horse in jpg file, the extension of jpg files changes to .jpg.exe.
but for android the file extension remains .jpg
So does anyone help explain that this is real or fraudulent?

You need a “Builder Android” and pc.
Firstly open the builder android, find the picture with using google and find any APK file.
Login builder android, upload apk file and tick the all checkbox. Press start, and wait. Your apk file has been created. Okey let’s hide apk. Press chose image file button, upload image, tick checkbox, and on this all settings, and start
