Step 2: Email them and use any of these excuses
You got an allergic reaction from the soy milk and you think its contaminated with regular milk.
You drank the coffee the milk was spoil and you had diarrhea.
Step 3: Provide your details so they can mail a giftcard/voucher to you.
You can do this multiple times even sent to a PO Box. Vouchers may range from $10-$50 depending on how good your excuse is.
