Help please

Why when i try to install sqlmap on windows i get it as cmd and not python? i have python installed, when i try sqlmap, it doesn't do anything it says not recognized, who can give me solution working.

Brother i did all those steps, but the problem is, when i download sqlmap it shows as cmd not python, it's like python is not installed, but i already installed python, i dont know whats the problem.
