Download DuckDuckGo browser from AppStore
Turn off your Wi-Fi
Turn on your mobile data
Open DuckDuckGo
Go to gmail.com
Create account
Delete dataS
Create other account
Create only 4-5 account per day, and put random recovery mail or your IP get blacklisted.

Use Mobile Data (not WiFi/VPN)
Go to Android Settings
Create a new user for your device
Set up your Gmail account (After "Create account", choose "for myself", if it asks for SMS after entering details, then try again all previous steps and choose "To manage my business" instead)
When you finish with this account, delete this account and make a new one.
Maximum accs per day: 5
Put random recovery mail or your IP will get blacklisted (so it will ask for SMS always).
If your IP gets blacklisted, turn on Airplane mode for 30 seconds (this will reset your mobile data IP).
