I would never recommend buying one without testing it first. Most ULPs on the market are nothing but money-trap junk. I must have scanned nearly 100 GB of ULPs, and apart from 2 or 3 working passwords, there was basically nothing. I realized that nobody is really selling fresh, untouched ULPs.
